Description
Corzetti is a typical pasta shape from the regions of Liguria and Tuscany. Originating during the Renaissance era, it was formerly used by noble families to print their heraldic coat of arms on pasta, to emphasise the importance of the lineage.
The Corzetti Kit includes two moulds made of solid wood; they allow the home-made pasta to be cut and imprinted with the spiral and lily mark.
