The colour code in the end of the handle makes it easier to find the right knife from the knife block. Length of the blade is 22 cm. _x000D_ _x000D_ Balancing the Pro Balance -knife is easy: _x000D_ 1.Screw the end of the knives handle open with the small tool in the packet._x000D_ 2.Detach the plug and remove the tube used in the balancing from inside the handle._x000D_ 3.Screw off the weights used in the basic balancing._x000D_ 4.Insert the wanted weights in. For example, to get a backweighted knife, place the biggest weight at the end of the handle. _x000D_ 5.Insert the tube in the handle and screw the plug in carefully. _x000D_ _x000D_ After use, hand wash and dry the knife. _x000D_ Store your knives separately, preferably in a knife block. _x000D_
